Since 2019, Çeço Fest has brought electronic music into the fortress above Gjirokastër's stone city — UNESCO heritage on one side, 15+ DJs and visual production on the other. Klaudio Imeraj and the team built it to put southern Albania on the map for summer nights worth travelling for.
